what do you think about papaya?
i' think alot of people in the world use papaya only for meal and to eat the fruit. but less of them think how to precess the latex into a usefull product. at any rate, latex from fruit is the best raw matherial to prosess into a papain enzyme. in my last taskment i discus this matter of study. i'm discuss about how to optimize the papaya latex into a papain. witch mean that i will discuss how many temperature allowed in this process and what i will use (kind of activation agent) to improve the extact papain from its latex.
