why it not easy to wake up early morning ?

i' sory for the mistake for this post.

oke, i want to tell u about the fenomena in my country vilage. that most of my friend that in my ages all dificult for wake up early in the morning. what up about it??

this is because of our habbit sleep in a midnight and cannot slept before it
